    HUD – Department of Housing & Urban Development

    Since 1986 when the Mortgage Bankers Association of America launched ECHO to help lenders communicate more efficiently, HUD and ECHO have been partners in electronically processing FHA loans and related data. Over the years ECHO has worked with HUD to ensure lenders have electronic solutions to conduct business with HUD.

    MARI – Mortgage Asset Research Institute

    To speed loan processing lenders rely on ECHO's ComplianceExpress service to quickly and accurately verify their loan data is in compliance with government requirements. MARI provides ECHO updates to the GSA procurement and non procurement list of parties from their extensive fraud database. MARI is an industry leader in providing data and tools to avoid fraud and improve loan quality. Query includes additional compliance data along with MARI’s file.

    First American/CMAX

    First American/CMAX is a technology partner with ECHO to provide an X12 Claims solution to the mortgage industry. Their expertise as a government contractor to HUD and other agencies for networking and database services gives ECHO a proven solution for a complex application. Today lenders have a low cost, secure connection to HUD to process claims.
